This client needed an onboarding course to normalize and streamline his work with new virtual health clients. The existing process was a 30 page manual; a lot of reading that many of his clients skimmed over. I outlined an engaging e-learning solution to make this process more effective for his clients and to provide data and accountability for everyone involved.
