I have worked in learning & development for over 30 years and am passionate about improving the quality and effectiveness of professional development and talent management.  My approach to any learning solution is 100% learner-focused with the organizational goals and culture at the heart. 

As an instructional designer, I get to use all of the skills and knowledge that I have acquired over many years and roles. I manage a variety of projects, create original content, curate & deploy quality third-party content and collaborate with teammates to build world-class programs. One of my favorite tasks is marketing and promoting initiatives to build momentum and buy-in for existing and new development programs. Facilitating? I LOVE IT. There's nothing better than engaging with learners in real-time whether in person or in a virtual setting. 

A few of my 2023 goals include participating in at least one E-learning heroes challenge per month and presenting at least one L&D conference. 

For me, every day smells like potential, the potential to learn something new and apply it to my craft.  If there is a gap or a problem, I can't wait to take it on and find a brilliant solution.
